Change & Co have vast experience in working with teams to make change ‘less scary’, its objectives clearer and more achievable. By engaging the team and allowing them feedback and interaction helps develop ownership, pick out potential ‘change champions’ and alleviate anxiety amongst the workforce.
Equally workshops using specific process examples and challenges with role playing exercises help provide the structure required and make processes clear and easily understood. By providing
a programme of presentations/workshops generally negativity can be avoided, mistakes in the new processes minimised and co operation maximised.

For your change strategy to be successful you must have a vision, which you believe in 100%. You will also need to have the right technical/emotional skills/insights to be able to get through the different phases of
changes and to help team leaders communicate practical objectives to their personnel.
