Leadership can be a lonely place particularly when the business is experiencing change

It is your vision and your responsibility on which the growth of the business relies. Which is why strong leaders get expert advice and specialist help to navigate troubled waters. Simon Moran at Change & Co provides a sounding wall, a relationship you can trust to help you deliver your objectives and implement a structure of sustained change.

Change and Co can help mentor and coach both leaders and teams through difficult periods of change and give them the wherewithal to drive and lead others. Change and Co will select the relevant approaches to support these individuals, working with them to identify goals & interventions for the short term or on a more holistic view for the long term.

To aid understanding and eradicate confusion Change & Co create bespoke presentations to deliver to your team managers or indeed the whole staff to help them share your vision and the benefits of achieving the stated objectives. Questions and doubts can be dealt with directly in a supportive and engaging environment. Change & Co have vast experience in working with teams to make change ‘less scary’, its objectives clearer and more achievable. By engaging the team and allowing them feedback and interaction helps develop ownership, pick out potential ‘change champions’ and alleviate anxiety amongst the workforce.
Equally workshops using specific process examples and challenges with role playing exercises help provide the structure required and make processes clear and easily understood. By providing
a programme of presentations/workshops generally negativity can be avoided, mistakes in the new processes minimised and co operation maximised.
Simply by providing good lines of communication and support to the ‘champions of change’ through interactive presentations and workshops examples of which are shown here in this video…
For your change strategy to be successful you must have a vision, which you believe in 100%. You will also need to have the right technical/emotional skills/insights to be able to get through the different phases of
changes and to help team leaders communicate practical objectives to their personnel.
Each departmental “leader” needs to understand the change for themselves and then help this knowledge cascade down to the next level. By creating in house champions of Change you can build and infrastructure
to deal with change without having to bring in outsourced ‘experts’ who don’t necessarily understand the culture of your business and the motivations of it’s employees. The aim of Change & Co is to help you achieve
an in-house capacity for change, to aid personal development so that change is no longer a threat but an opportunity. Not least an opportunity to save costs on outsourcing help when you have an in-house capacity,
a structure and processes already set up to deal with change. Change & Co use workshops, presentations and coaching skills to help you develop the necessary resilience and flexibility without undermining confidence.
